Be it Thanksgiving at the end of November; Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or the rituals of the Winter Solstice in December, I couldn’t close out 2025 without wishing all of you the best holiday season ever!

The beautiful basket on my front porch, arranged by a Nova Scotia artisan, reflects the Christian faith and tradition from my childhood that has sustained me throughout my life. Pink and purple are the colours of Advent, the first season of the Christian year leading up to the celebration of Christmas and the theme of the four Sundays that precede December 25th – hope, peace, joy and love. Branches and berries are a nod to the season’s traditional red and green colours. our connection to the earth and spiritual rituals of reflection and transitions.

I hope you will, as I am, take this time to remember the past, pause in the moment and reflect on where 2026 will lead as we transition in ways that bring us future joy.

Reservations

December 22nd marks the 12th book launch anniversary of my first novel Reservations, the fiery older woman-younger man age gap romance that asked lovers Ali Clarke and Darien McKenna to discover if love is ageless when it’s meant to be. I’ll be giving away an e-copy of their story on December 5th and 6th during Secret Santa Days.

Do you love meeting new authors? Do you love winning books, gift cards, and swag? Then don’t miss Secret Santa Days!

Take care, care deeply and go softly toward a New Year.

My best always,

Teresa
